- We provide a free DFM review and quote within 24 hours (one business day) of receiving your part data.
- What CAD formats do you accept?
- We work from 3D CAD in STEP, IGES, or STL, plus a 2D PDF drawing for tolerances and notes. If you only have a sample or sketch, send what you have and our engineers will follow up.
- What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- MOQ is scoped per program — it depends on the part, tooling, and resin. As a one-stop OEM/ODM partner we support both prototype and volume production; share your annual volume and we will advise.
- What is the typical tooling lead time?
- Tooling lead time is confirmed per program once we review part geometry, cavitation, and steel selection (including two-shot/2K tools). We will commit to a schedule with your quote.
