Quality systems & certifications
For supplier quality, procurement, and SQE readers evaluating a Taiwan injection molding partner. Certifications are the governance layer behind LongTeam's one-stop OEM/ODM path — mold design, tooling, molding, finishing, and assembly under one organization — not a brochure claim. Buyers should confirm current certificate scope and expiry during supplier qualification.
Certificates buyers usually ask for.
Request the active PDF for the standard that matches your program. Scope, site, issuer, and expiry are confirmed on the document itself.
| Standard | What it governs | Typical buyer | How to verify |
|---|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001 | Quality management system | Most OEM / commercial sourcing teams | Confirm certified legal entity and site on the current certificate (Tainan / Anding facility) |
| IATF 16949 | Automotive production parts quality system | Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers | Confirm automotive product/process scope on the current certificate |
| ISO 13485 | Medical device manufacturing quality system | Medical and aesthetic device manufacturers | Confirm medical manufacturing scope on the current certificate |
What “certified” means here.
A certificate is useful only when the everyday process matches it — documented work instructions, traceability, change control, and inspection records tied to the part and program.
- Documented manufacturing and inspection controls under the applicable management system
- Material and process traceability scoped to the program agreement
- Change control when drawings, tools, or process settings change
- Automotive programs: APQP / PPAP framing on the automotive page
- Medical programs: documentation and validation gates on the medical page
How to request current certificates.
Email sales@longteam.com.tw (or your LongTeam commercial contact) and include your company name, part or program type, and which standard(s) you need. We send the active revision so your SQE file stays current. Always confirm scope and expiry on the PDF before award.
Inspection and validation methods (for example dimensional inspection, first-article packages, or process validation deliverables) are agreed per program against your drawing and quality plan — we do not publish a fixed equipment catalog on this page.

Questions procurement teams ask first.
- Are LongTeam's certificates publicly posted as PDFs?
- Current certificates are provided on request during supplier qualification so buyers receive the active revision, including issuer, certified entity and site, scope, and expiry. Request via sales@longteam.com.tw.
- Which programs need IATF 16949 vs ISO 13485?
- Automotive production parts typically require IATF 16949. Medical device components typically require ISO 13485. Commercial and consumer programs often run under ISO 9001. LongTeam confirms the applicable system during RFQ and supplier qualification.
- Can LongTeam support PPAP or validation documentation?
- Yes for in-scope automotive and medical programs. Documentation packs (for example PPAP elements or validation deliverables) are agreed per program with your quality team. See the automotive and medical industry pages for process framing.
