Material Selection for Electronic Components
Material choice governs an enclosure's impact strength, heat resistance, flame rating, and surface quality. LongTeam works with engineering thermoplastics commonly specified for electronics — for example ABS, PC, PC/ABS blends, PA (nylon), and glass-filled grades as representative examples — and will recommend a resin against your mechanical, thermal, and regulatory targets, with the optimal grade confirmed per application. Flame-retardant grades, EMI-shielding fillers, and specific UL, RoHS, or REACH compliance are supported per program and confirmed against your exact specification before commitment.
